1. How and/or where do I access DLW's services?
Where does tutoring and life coaching take place? My Guelph, Ontario office is set up with computers, iPad, reference and consumable materials, a lending library (which includes personal growth and career books and more). If you prefer a remote session, this can be done via phone or Skype. First we meet or talk for a free 30-minute session so you can tell me about your strengths and your needs and we go from there!
2. How do I receive my proofed and edited deliverables?
How is proofing and editing completed? We can meet in person at my office or communicate through e-mail, or complete your project via Skype. You choose. We will discuss a quote before we begin the fun task of editing!
3. What is your cancellation policy?
What happens if I can't make it to my appointment? If you call at least 24 hours before your appointment, we can generally reschedule your session. If you cancel on the same day, you will be billed for the session. Thank you. Merci!
